Marking system & graduation requirements add

Marking System:

Each student is assigned a mentor for guidance. This advisor meets with the student bi-weekly and reports to parents. Grade reports are issued on a quarterly basis.

Graduation Requirements:

The minimum graduation requirements for grades 9 through 12 are as follows:

  • English - 4 credits (3 credits for international students)
  • Mathematics - 4 credits (Algebra I, II and Geometry)
  • Science - 3 credits (Biology)
  • History/Social Science - 3 credits (US History)
  • Foreign Language - 2 credits (native English speakers only)
  • Fine & Performing Arts - 2 credits
  • Technology - 2 credits

Campus features

The scenic 30 acre (12 hectares) campus contains a Student Center, Humanities Building, Math & Science Building, The Center for Evolving Technologies, Studio Arts Center, Performing Arts Center, Administration Building and 8 residence halls. The Wasatch Academy cabin and snow park is 15 minutes away for daily snow-boarding and skiing during the winter months while rock climbing at the famous Maple Canyon is 10 minutes from campus.
